Good Resource for Startups Jobs
Otta doesn’t provide Remote only listings but has a good amount of Remote Positions.
They are also a bit different from other Job Boards as they don’t just display the listing of jobs; they ask you to fill out a short survey to match you with relevant jobs. They promise:

There are 10 overarching types of roles for you to pick: Software Engineering, Data, Other Engineering, Product, Design, Operations & Strategy, Sales & Account Management, Marketing, People, HR, Recruitment, Finance, Legal & compliance.
The info that Otta asks companies to fill in is quite comprehensive. You can see Company Benefits, Mission, Values, Total Funding, HQ Location, info about the Founders, links to Articles about the company, or their Glassdoor review. Some companies include info on how progression path within the company in the section called: People Progressing.
We think this is a great new take on job boards. Still, we wouldn’t mind being able to see all the relevant jobs at once in case I want to change the input from the initial survey. Also, even though the salary is required, most jobs do not feature a salary.
